If you have any special requests or queries, please write them up in the free-format box at the bottom of the form. Please click "Submit" then your Request Form will be sent to us automatically. 3. To acknowledge our receipt and acceptance, we will contact you before we start searching. 4. At the same time, we also have to ask you kindly to settle service fee payment through Paypal. We will send you Paypal format invoice which leads you to Paypal online payment process page. Within 7days from your payment, we will send you restaurant confirmation or proposal form with related information. Within 7 days After your payment, you will receive a document that includes proposed restaurant's name and address as well as location map and information how to reach the place from your accommodation/office. Menu translation service is also available with supplement fee upon request, when a restaurant does not have menu list in English. 6. Have a safe trip to Japan with our information. What you have to do is only to go to the restaurant according to our information. In case of any language problem to reach the property or to communicate with restaurant staff, emergency contact of Food Tourism Japan Consulting will be available for you.
