Our service fee - Dining Experience PlannerPlan A: Restaurant proposal and reservation
Service Fee: Yen 3000 per restaurant for up to 3 people + Yen 1000/1 person additional fee for group of 4 or more Plan A "Service Fee" includes services - to search and select a restaurant fitting to your request, - to make a reservation for the selected restaurant according to your request detail(date, time and number of person), - to send you necessary information (confirmation details, restaurant's contact, location map and how to get there) and selected recommendable menu in English in advance. Instead, these are NOT included in our service - Food and drinks costs to be provided at arranged restaurant - Third person(tour guide, local assistant etc) attending you for your meal -Transportation cost to go/from arranged restaurant We may be able to consider discount for group reservation or more than 3 multiple requests during a trip. If you would not fix date and time and would not like to have a reservation, we can offer you restaurant information without reservation. In that case, service fee is same as above. Please also keep in mind in major cities like Tokyo, our proposed restaurants are popular among locals and they could be fully occupied when you visit there without reservation. We strongly recommend that you have a reservation when it is possible and your schedule is fixed. For travel industry companies such as tour operators, whole sellers to sell trips to Japan, we can also organize restaurant recommendation list that satisfy your clients' needs. Plan B: Restaurant reservation only Service Fee: Yen 3000 per restaurant If you already find a restaurant that you would like to visit but if you feel uncomfortable to contact the restaurant directly in English, we will be happy to make a reservation in your behalf in our local language. <Supplemental services > In addition to above two services, we are happy to provide supplement services to make your dining experience more comfortable. Please contact us for more details of these services. - menu list translation (between English and Japanese) - travel itinerary making for whole Japan (no flight & hotel booking arrangement included) <In case of change and cancellation> *Change When any change is happened on your travel plan, we will re-arrange your reservation without additional charge only once. (for example, date and/or time of dining, number of person) From the second time of any change and re-arrangement, additional charge is required, Yen 500 per person, per restaurant arrangement. *Cancellation When you need to cancel your restaurant reservation, after we receive your payment, we are deeply sorry but we are not able to refund our service charge which is mainly for cost of restaurant search process.
